Biography

With over a decade of experience in the field of higher education, Andrea Stuiber has established themselves as a dedicated and innovative leader committed to fostering student development and creating vibrant campus communities. Holding a Master’s degree in Adult, Continuing, and Higher Education Administration, Andrea has honed their expertise in educational leadership and student affairs best practices.

In the position of Assistant Director for Student Engagement and Leadership, Andrea took on the responsibility of mentoring student leaders in various capacities, including student government, clubs, and campus activities. They designed and facilitated a comprehensive leadership program aimed at empowering students to become effective leaders both on campus and in their future endeavors. Andrea also played a pivotal role in organizing and overseeing campus events, enhancing student involvement, and promoting a culture of service and civic engagement.

Building on their experience in higher education, Andrea transitioned to the field of property management with an industry-leading student housing real estate group. In this role, they leveraged their expertise in student affairs to optimize the residential experience for college students, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being while living in off-campus student housing.
